2004. We are a team of
professionals that provide Collaborative Divorce™ services to the community of Lake
Norman and surrounding areas. All of our members have completed training in the Collaborative Divorce™ model and
meet experience and other requirements for membership. Our goal
is for Collaborative Divorce™ to become the predominant method for helping families through the entire divorce
process.
Our Mission
To establish and expand the Collaborative Divorce™ process as the best means for achieving a fair and comprehensive
divorce agreement. We will work as an interdisciplinary team to:
- Educate the public
and other professionals about the Collaborative Divorce™ model for the resolution of family law
matters.
- Encourage the
highest standards of professional service to clients engaged in Collaborative Divorce™ through continuing
education programs for its members.
- Serve as a
"clearing house" by responding to inquiries from the public and disseminating information about the
Collaborative Divorce™ process.
- Collect and
maintain data on cases while protecting the anonymity of all clients.
